The property presents a taste of original Finnish nature in the form of a gorgeous small lake and natural kuntta.
The sloped property is embraced by beautiful green kuntta fields helping the buildings blend into the scenic landscape. The beautiful lake that runs along the whole south part of the property, is unpolluted and clean, inviting for a refreshing swim or an exciting boat trip.

Kuntta is part of the natural soil vegetation covering vast parts of the pine tree forests in Finland, partly evergreen underbrushes that grow tasty wild berries like blueberries and cowberries.

The Villa’s property is in many parts covered with this natural Kuntta and at the right time of the year you can pick delicious berries right from the front yard of the Villa.
